On November 13th, 2019, the Islamic Development Bank RHI team visited the headquarters of PT CG Power Systems in Cileungsi, Bogor, West Java, Indonesia as part of the IsDB Financed Project with PLN.
On 6th November 2019, the IsDB PPP representative visited the RHI office in order to participate at the Indonesia Infrastructure Development Financing Forum.
The Women and Youth Empowerment team, represented by sister Kristonia Lockhart, Lead Gender Specialist, and sister Sharia Walker, Senior Youth Specialist, visited the IsDB RHI on 5-8 November 2019.
A team from Regional Hub Indonesia, mounted a mission to Palu City, Central Sulawesi province to assess the rehabilitation progress in the area following the devastating earthquake and tsunami, which caused widespread damage and losses in late 2018.
On October 23rd, 2019, the IsDB RHI received a delegation from ADB to discuss the Regional Road Development Project Physical Completion. The Project Completion Report is coordinated with IsDB Global Practice.
On October 7th, 2019, the IsDB RHI hosted the monthly Donors Breakfast meeting. The event was attended by Embassies, Multilateral Development Banks and International Organizations.
On 25 Sept 2019, the IsDB RHI team visited sites in Bangka Belitung Province, where the National Slum Upgrading Project (ICDD-Ph IV) is being undertaken. This Community Driven Development (CDD) project is a flagship of the IsDB and ISFD, where the bank supports infrastructure and economic/livelihood development activities in over 4900 Villages (urban ward) across 115 cities in Indonesia.
