On 14 May 2019, RHI met with the Minister of Transportation of Indonesia for preliminary discussions on ways to support Civil Aviation, Sea Port & Railroad development through IsDB financing and advisory products. In support of the Indonesian national development plans, RHI presented to the Minister of Transport the IsDB Group’s financing, and advisory products to support the PPP Modality and or Public Financing that could support the Ministry’s development agenda. The Minister of Transport commended IsDB for the support provided to Belawan Port Project in addition to other projects in the country. He also showed interest for IsDB to support the Ministry’s pipeline of projects using the PPP modality. The parties agreed to organize a follow up technical meeting to discuss the potential cooperation in more details.
