IDB Group supports the Ministry of Manpower Indonesia in the development of 11 national Vocational Training Centers. The project not only provides new equipment and facilities but also supports upgrading instructors skills, improving the training curriculum and enhancing collaboration with industry.

The aim is to contribute to the improvement of human resource capacity through improved and demand responsive vocational skills.

The positive benefits and impacts were visible and expressed during a supervision visit by the CGO Indonesia to IDB’s eastern-Indonesia project locations – the vocational training centers in Makassar, South Sulawesi and Sorong, West Papua on 6-7 November 2017.
