IsDB RHI Facilitates Launching of IsDB Group Client Gateway
On December 13th, 2019, the IsDB Group launched the IsDB Client Gateway (“Client Gateway”) in Jakarta. Dr. Walid Abdelwahab, the Director-General, Country Relations and Services, IsDB, and Mr. Arif Baharuddin, the Head of Fiscal Policy Agency of the Ministry of Finance presided over the official launch of the IsDB Gateway. The launch was attended by key officials from the Ministry of Finance (IsDB Governor Office) and the Executing Agencies.
The portal is being piloted in Indonesia at the Regional Hub of Jakarta, Indonesia, and will soon be followed in other IsDB hubs. The main purpose of the Client Gateway is to ensure streamlining and improve efficiency. The Client Gateway is one of the many new ways the Bank is implementing to be able to serve its Member Countries more efficiently. With the Client Gateway, the Bank’s clients will now be able to submit requests, queries, and documents digitally.
