Jakarta, 27 March 2022 – Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia were co-hosting an IsDB Group-Indonesian G20 Stakeholders Engagement event that took place on 27 March 2022, in Fairmont Hotel Jakarta.

IsDB President and Group Chairman, H.E. Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser delivered welcoming remarks during the event. A keynote address was also delivered by the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Dr. Sri Mulyani Indrawati. The event was also attended by the Minister of Health, H.E. Budi Gunadi Sadikin,  the Minister of Transportation, H.E. Budi Karya Sumadi, the Minister of Public Works and Housing, H.E. Basuki Hadimuljono,, and the Minister of Marine Affairs and Fisheries, H.E. Sakti Wahyu Trenggono. More than 130 participants also involved in the different tasks and working groups of the G20 attended the event.

H.E. the IsDB President reiterated the IsDB's full commitment to contributing to the Indonesian Government's efforts throughout its presidency of the G20 under different tracks and Engagement Groups.
