The following documents are the guidelines and procedures of the Communities Outreach in the preparation and implementation of projects and programs financed by or through the Bank.  They are intended to serve for the Communities Outreach operations funded in whole or part administered by the Bank for Muslim minority communities in non-member countries as reference tools for beneficiaries, executing agencies, co-financiers, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other external contracting parties involved in the preparation and implementation of projects. They will be updated regularly to reflect feedback from users and changes in policies and procedures.
