In the framework of preparations for the “Saudi Project for the Utilization of Hajj Meat”, (Adahi), the project is inviting pilgrims to utilize its services on line at www.adahi.org . According to the project, the vouchers for sheep are offered at SR 430 (US$115, EUR 89) while the price of vouchers for cows and camels are decided by the market mechanism at the time of purchase at the utilization units in Mena.
The project, solely operated by the Islamic Development Bank, provides fully Shari’a and health compliant services which may be obtained through credit cards and wire transfers or the payment systems available for clients all around the world. Those residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, however, may proceed with their purchases through the “Sadad System”. It also secures an immediate information service advising the clients thorough E-mail and SMS messages that their rituals have been carried out on their behalf.
The Adahi services are available at the authorized units in Mena thorough the Eid ul Adha period as well as throughout the year. The project is a user and environment friendly service launched by the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia nearly three decades ago.
