Jeddah, Saudi Arabia – March 21, 2023 - The Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) is pleased to announce the launch of the call for its four scholarship programs:

• IsDB Scholarship Program for Muslim Communities in Non-Member Countries (SPMC) for undergraduate studies.
• IsDB Master of Science Scholarship Program (M.Sc.);
• IsDB Merit Scholarship Program for High Technology (MSP) for Ph.D. studies and Postdoctoral research; and
• IsDB-ISFD Scholarship Program for bachelor’s degree and Technical Vocational and Education Training.

The call for applications emphasizes IsDB's longstanding experience in supporting inclusive human capital in Member countries and Muslim Communities in non-member countries. IsDB provided, since the inception of the program in 1983, scholarships to 18, 493 students from 56 member countries and 66 Muslim communities to pursue their education in various development-related fields.

Confirming the commitment and ensuring the continuous efforts of the Bank, H.E. Dr. Muhammad Al Jasser, the President of the Islamic Development Bank, stated, "Supporting inclusive human capital development is at the heart pillar of our realigned strategy (2023–2025). The Islamic Development Bank stands ready to continue supporting talented individuals and future leaders who will contribute to the development of their communities and the world at large."

Application for the four scholarship programs is now open until on 30th April 2023. Interested candidates are to apply and take advantage of this valuable opportunity.
