The Islamic Development Bank Institute (IsDBI) has approved an Islamic Finance Grant in the amount of USD 185,000 from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Preparation of the Participation Finance Strategy Document of the Republic of Türkiye (2026–2030), for the benefit of the Investment & Finance Office of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye (“CBYFO”), and intends to apply the proceeds to payments for consulting services to be procured under this project.
The project consists of a single technical assistance package: consultancy services to support IsDBI in the preparation of Türkiye’s second Participation Finance Strategy Document (2026–2030), covering data validation, a benchmarking study, technical drafting inputs, and technical support to the consultation and finalization stages of the Strategy Document. The project does not include the procurement of goods or works.
Consulting services financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be selected in accordance with the procedures specified in the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultancy Services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing (April 2019, revised February 2023 edition), and are open to consulting firms from IsDB Member Countries, in accordance with the eligibility criteria set out in the Guidelines.
A Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) for the consultancy assignment referred to above will be announced, on the www.isdb.org and DG-Market.
Prequalification of suppliers and contractors is not applicable to this project, as it does not include the procurement of goods or works.
