Contract Title            : Procurement of Equipment for Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital

  1. The Directorate General of Health Services of the Ministry of Health has received a financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of The Strengthening of National Referral Hospitals and Vertical Technical Units Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Procurement of Equipment for Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital.

 

  1. The Procurement Committee of Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for Procurement of Equipment for Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital including medical equipment such as  ventilator, anesthesia machine, bedside monitor, pendant, infusion pump, oxygen flowmeter, wall suction unit, syringe pump, USG, general X- Ray digital radiography, etc located at Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital, Jl. Perintis Kemerdekaan KM 11, Tamalanrea Makassar, South Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, with Delivery period of 10 (ten) months.

 

  1. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB)  procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing, April 2019 [revised in February 2023]  (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to paragraphs 1.18 -21 contained in Chapter 1, Part 1 of Procurement Guidelines".

 

  1. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Project Implementation Unit (PIU) Dr. Wahidin Sudirohusodo Hospital, email: proyek.isdb.ulprsws@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents during office hours 09.00 until 14.00 at local time at the address given below.
  2. A complete set of bidding documents in English language could be requested by interested eligible bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below. The document will be sent by email.

 

  1. Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 12.00 local time, 16 April 2024. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who choose to attend at the address below on 12.30 local time, 16 April 2024.

 

  1. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD338,000.00 (three hundred and thirty-eight thousand US Dollar).
