PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY EQUIPMENT FOR FACULTY OF ENGINEERING IN

SAM RATULANGI UNIVERSITY

Directorate of Learning and Students Affairs, Ministry of Education and Culture, has received a Finance from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of The Support to The Development of Higher Education Project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds towards payments under the contract for Procurement of Laboratory Equipment for Faculty of Engineering in Sam Ratulangi University.

Sam Ratulangi University now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for procurement of laboratory equipment for Faculty of Engineering packages. The implementation period is 4 months. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security with amount as indicated below:

Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedure as specified in the Islamic Development Bank’s Guidelines for Procurement of Goods, Works, and Related Services, April 2019, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the procurement guidelines.

Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the Sam Ratulangi University during office hour 08.30 – 14.30 local time (GMT+8), from November  6, 2020 to December 21, 2020. A complete set of the bidding document in English may be acquired by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the above address.

All bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes and delivered to the above address on December 22, 2020 at 14.00 local time (GMT+8) at the latest.
