The Government of the Republic of Cameroon (hereinafter called “Beneficiary”) has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (the “Bank”) in the form of a loan towards the cost of the Livestock and Fisheries Development Project (LIFIDEP). The North West Development Authority (MIDENO) intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this financing to eligible payments under contract for Design Engineering and Supervision of Project Infrastructure. Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Government of the Republic of Cameroon and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement. No party other than the Beneficiary shall derive any rights from the financing agreement or have any claims to the proceeds of the financing. 2.
