CAIRO ELECTRICITY PRODUCTION COMPANY (CEPC) CAIRO WEST SUPERCRITICAL POWER STATION 1 X 650 MW STEAM GENERATOR AND AUXILIARIES Procurement Notice 1. The Government of Egypt has secured financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of Cairo West Supercritical Power Station 1 X 650 MW, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for the supply and installation of Steam Generators and Auxiliaries. 2. The Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC) through its affiliate company, Cairo Electricity Production Company (CEPC) now invites sealed tenders from eligible tenderers for performing all works and provide all services including but not limited to, designing, fabricating, furnishing, delivery to site, receiving, storing, installing, training, commissioning, tuning, startup, testing, place into successful operation and maintain until Taking Over & Acceptance Certificate (TOAC) of all equipment and systems supplied within this Contract Package Specification. Contractor scope also includes preparation of detailed drawings and Technical documents, as-built documents, submittal of data and technical information for the Steam Generator and Auxiliaries for Cairo West Supercritical Power Station 1 x 650 MW. 3. Tendering will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures specified in the Islamic Development Bank's Guidelines: "Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under 1DB Financing", and is open to all eligible tenderers from eligible source countries as defined in the guidelines. 4.
