Egyptian Electricity Holding Company, through the Government of Egypt, has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as lDB) to finance the Steam Turbine Generator and Condenser package and other contract packages of Assiut Supercritical Power Plant Project, which will consist of one (1) Steam Generator, one (1) 650 MW Steam Turbine Generator and two (2) Condensers. 2. Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company (UEEPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of EEHC hereinafter called "Owner", now invites sealed Tenders from international Tenderers for performing all works related to, including but not limited to, designing, fabricating, furnishing, delivery to site, receiving, storing, installing, training, testing, start-up, commissioning, put into successful operation and maintaining of all equipment and systems within Contract Package Specification until Taking Over and Acceptance Certificate, preparation of detailed drawings, technical documents and as-built documentsfor the Steam Turbine Generator and Condensers for Assiut Supercritical Power Plant. 3.
