Arab Republic of Egypt Third National Drainage Project Supply and Erection PVC Drainage Collector Pipes Production line & Equipment Mode of Financing: Islamic Development Bank (Istisna’a) Financing No.: EGT - 0098 Contract/Bid No. ICB-001 /2016 and Contract/Bid No. ICB-002 /2016 The Arab Republic of Egypt has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank (IsDB) toward the cost of the Third National Drainage project and it intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for supply and erection PVC Collector Pipes Production Line and Equipment. The Egyptian Public Authority for Drainage project (EPADP) now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the following bids: A- CONTRACT NUMBER ICB-001/2016 Lot-1: Supply and Erection PVC Drainage Single Wall Collector Pipe from diameter (10"-20"); Lot-2: Supply and Erection Testing Equipment (Laboratory) required for testing produced pipes. The delivery/construction period is 12 month from confirmed L/C. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of LE (1500). All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of US$74000 for Lot-1 and US$6000 for Lot-2 with the total of $ 80,000 and be delivered to the address below by 12 o'clock local time at (1/8/2016). They will be opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. B - CONTRACT NUMBER ICB-002/2016 Lot-1: Six (6) Hydraulic Crawler Excavator Long Reach with Spare Parts; Lot-2: Three (3) Hydraulic Crawler Excavator Medium Reach with Spare Parts; Lot-3: Seven (7) Axial Telescopic Backhoe Loader 4WD with Spare Parts; Lot-4: Three (3) Truck Tractor and Semi Trailer (40 Ton) with Spare Parts. The delivery/ period is 6 month from confirmed L/C. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of LE (1500) All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of US$26,000 for Lot-1, US$11,000 for Lot-2, US$16,000 for Lot-3, and US$12,000 for Lot-4 with the total of $ 65,000 and be delivered to the address below by 12 o'clock local time on (2/8/2016) Bidding will be conducted through the international competitive bidding procedures as specified in the IsDB’s Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under Islamic Development Bank Financing (current edition), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding documents from the EPADP at the address below during office hours from 8:00AM – 2:00PM. The method of payment will be cash at EPADP . The document will be received from EPADP Head Quarter. Upon contract award and signature, the Bidder should submit the Agent Registration Form (S14 Form) and it is required by the General Organization of Export and Import Control.
