GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE THE GOVERNMENT OF INDONESIA NATIONAL SLUM UPGRADING PROGRAM (NSUP) The Government of Indonesia has received financing in the amount of USD 329,76 million equivalent from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the National Slum Upgrading Program (NSUP), and it intends to apply part of the proceeds for payments for goods, works, related services and consulting services to be procured under this project. The project will include the following services: 1. National Management Consultant (NMC) to support the Project Management Unit (PMU); 2. Manual and Modul Enhancement Specialist; 3. 7 (seven) packages of Oversight Consultants (OC); 4. 6 (six) packages of Supervision Consultant (SC/KMT); 5. Evaluation and Studies Consultant (ESC); 6. Documentation and Audio Visual of ICDD Program Activities; 7. Mass Communication & Capacity Building Support; 8. Printing, media and publishing; Procurement of contracts financed by the Islamic Development Bank will be conducted through the procedures as specified in the Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and Works under Islamic Development Bank Financing, May 2009, and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the guidelines. Consulting services will be selected in accordance with the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under Islamic Development Bank Financing, May 2009. Specific procurement notices for contracts to be bid under the Islamic Development Bank’s National Competitive Bidding (NCB), as well as contracts for consultancy services and non- consultancy services will be announced as they become available in IDB Website, a national newspaper and LPSE of Ministry of Public Works and Housing.
