Egyptian Electricity Holding Company (EEHC), through the Government of Egypt, has received fmancing from the Islamic Development Bank (hereinafter referred to as IDB) to finance the Power Transformers package and other contract packages of Assiut Supercritical Power Plant Project, which will consist of one (1) Supercritical Steam Generator, one (1) 650 MW Steam Turbine Generator and Condensers. 2. Upper Egypt Electricity Production Company (UEEPC), a wholly owned subsidiary of EEHC hereinafter called "Owner", now invites sealed bids from international bidders for performing all works related to, including, but not limited to, designing, engineering, fabricating, factory testing, delivering, transporting to site, on-site technical supervision during erection, training, start-up and commissioning of the Power Transformers for Assiut Supercritical Power Plant. 3. All bids must be submitted in two sealed envelopes accompanied by a Bid Security of USD 300,000, as per attachment A, Section 1.
