Tajikistan Microfinance for Rural Areas AUDIT SERVICES Loan No. 7 TAD 0036 The OJSC TojikSodirotBank has received a loan from the Islamic Development Bank (IDB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this loan to payments under the contract for audit services. The services involve conducting audit and preparing an audit report on the implementation of IDB Microfinance Project with OJSC TojikSodirotBank (TAD-0044) particularly on implementation compliance with provisions and covenants of the financing agreements, including the Project Financial Statement. The OJSC TojikSodirotBank now invites eligible audit firms to indicate their interest in providing these services. Interested audit firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, general qualifications and number of key staff and so forth). Audit firms may associate to enhance their qualifications. An audit firm will be selected from a short-list of local auditing firms and in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under Islamic Development Bank Financing, May 2009.
