Contract Title:                       Provision of Engineering Infrastructure at Paiko-Kore Grazing Reserve. (AIH)

1. The Federal Government of Nigeria/FCT Administration has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the FCT Special Agro-Industrial Processing Zone (SAPZ), and intends to apply part of the proceeds for: Provision of Engineering Infrastructure at Paiko-Kore Grazing Reserve. (AIH)

 

2. The FCT Administration through the FCT-SAPZ now invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Provision of Engineering Infrastructure at Paiko-Kore Grazing Reserve. (AIH).

 

3. The Scope of Works includes but not limited to the following:

1. Site Clerance and Earthworks
2. Surface water Drainage and Culverts Works,
3. Road Works,
4. Construction of Truck Parking,
5. Waste water distribution network,
6. Solid waste management,
7. Water supply network,
8. Power supply facility,
9. Provision of electricity/solar street lights,
10. Conducts for post and telecommunication ducts,
11. Confirmatory Site Investigation at Paiko-Kore Grazing Reserve (AIH).

 

4. Bidding will be conducted through the International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures as specified in IsDB’s Guidelines: Procurement of Goods, Works and related services under Islamic Development Bank Project Financing  (April 2019, revised in February 2023) (“Procurement Guidelines”), and is open to all eligible bidders as defined in the Procurement Guidelines. In addition, please refer to 1.9.1-1.9.4 paragraphs of the Procurement Policy of the Procurement Guidelines setting forth IsDB’s policy on conflict of interest.

 

5. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from and inspect the bidding documents from Head, Procurement FCT-SAPZ Unit at the address below during office hours, between the hour of from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (local time) on official working days (Monday-Friday).

 

6. A complete set of bidding documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of Three Hundred & Fifty Thousand Naira (N350,000.00) only or its equivalent, with evidence of payments to the bank with Details provided below.

7. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of not less than N835,000,000.00. or its equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency and submitted to the address below on or before 11: 00 a.m. (local time) on Tuesday, 21st April 2026 (six (6) weeks from the date of Advert) physically or by courier. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter, in the presence of bidders’ representatives, who choose to attend, at the address below at immediately after the close of bids. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.
