“The Small and Micro Enterprise Development Program for Youth and Productive Families Economic Empowerment” project under a Restricted Modaraba Agreement In Egypt

The Micro, Small & Medium enterprise development agency MSMEDA (formerly Social Fund for Development) has received financing from the Islamic Development Bank toward the cost of the Youth Employment Support (YES) program for Egypt Restricted Modaraba, and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consultancy services.  One of the services focuses on the provision of credit guarantee expert who will be assisting MSMEDA in setting up a seed fund for a comprehensive credit insurance system for MSMEDA’s Islamic Shariaa compliance finance.

MSMEDA now invites eligible reputable consultants (individual consultants) from Member countries to indicate their interest in providing the mentioned service. Interested consultants must provide specific information which demonstrates that they are fully qualified to perform the service (detailed CVs). Selection shall be carried out through comparison of the qualification and experience of the expert according to the following criteria:

A consultant will be selected in accordance with the procedures set out in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants under Islamic Development Bank Financing (current edition).

Interested consultants from IsDB Member Countries may obtain further information at the address below during office hours from 8:00am to 4:00 pm Cairo local time except Fridays & Saturdays.

Written Expressions of interest & CVs must be delivered to the address below by 12:00 noon Cairo local time on 13/10/2019 and marked "Expression of interest for consultancy service for youth employment support (yes) program.
